Whether you prefer the elegant, classic style or the more dynamic skating technique of cross-country skiing, the villages of Kössen, Walchsee, Schwendt and Rettenschöss in the Kaiserwinkl region are a cross-country skiing paradise with 244 km of perfectly-groomed trails.

The area was awarded the Cross-country Skiing Trail Seal of Quality by the Tyrolean provincial government and, as a member of the “Tyrolean cross-country specialists”, it provides you with many services, expert advice and a convenient infrastructure.
